SUNDAY, JULY 28:
STAM GOLF TOURNAMENT*, SUNDAY, JULY 28: A Golf Registration Form will be sent with the Trade Show Confirmation letter and Sea Crest Hotel overnight room registration info, once your STAM Trade Show Registration Form and payment is received!

WELCOMING RECEPTION & GOLF AWARDS: All STAM Trade Show Vendors are Welcomed! 4:00 — 6:00 pm at Shutters.
MONDAY, JULY 29: Our traditional dual function day with owners. Indoor STAM trade show begins at 7AMand the Outdoor Display of School Buses begin at 4:00 pm and leads into the Annual STAM Clambake* at 6:00 pm. Vehicle spaces include: Indoor STAM Trade Show Booth
INDOOR STAM TRADE SHOW, MONDAY, JULY 29: The show begins with a Full Breakfast Buffet in the Trade Show area at 7:00 am. Each Trade Show Vendor will also have the opportunity to present a brief five-minute introduction of their product to all convention attendees. There will also be special “give-aways” for all in attendance. Several speakers and panels will highlight Tuesday’s convention program, as well as an educational program for supervisors and trainers. Indoor Exhibit Area Booths are equipped with: an 8′ clothed table, two chairs and basic electrical tie-in. Any arrangements for special power, spot lighting or special decorations, as well as hospitality rooms and/or hospitality functions are to be made through the Sea Crest Beach Hotel Conference Planning Department.
HOTEL ROOMS:Upon receipt of your completed Trade Show Registration and payment we will send you a STAM Trade Show Confirmation with information to book your overnight room at The Sea Crest Beach Resort. Deeply discounted hotel rooms on Old Silver Beach will be available to the STAM Trade Show Vendors at off-season rates in the heart of the Cape Cod Season! Sea Crest overnight rooms will not be available to vendors who are not participating in the STAM Trade Show. FAIR WARNING: In past years, some STAM Trade Show Exhibitors have been forced to stay at other area hotels due to late enrollment in the trade show.
EVENT SPONSORSHIPS: Please be sure to read about the availability of STAM Convention & Trade Show Event Sponsorships when you register online. For 50 years, STAM has been committed to making the Convention & Trade Show the premier event for school bus drivers, instructors, managers, school bus company owners, school districts, as well as Head Starts and 7D operators. We are taking this opportunity to invite you to consider being a Sponsor for the STAM Convention. The costs of meeting rooms and meals has skyrocketed in recent years, but at the same time, it is important to keep conference registration fees at an affordable level so as many individuals may attend. Sponsorships help to keep these costs at a reasonable level for all. Please support our convention & trade show and buy your sponsorship by Monday, June 17th so that we can include your information in the convention program.
CONVENTION PROGRAM SPONSOR: Our most popular special promotion item has been the Sponsorship of the printed STAM Convention Program. Like all other items, this is a “first come, first reserved” and we urge you to act quickly if you would like to sponsor this item.
*STAM Convention Registration for Conference Meals, Golf and other events will be made available upon receipt of this Trade Show Registration Form and payment.
The STAM Trade Show fees shown above include registration for all company personnel in attendance. STAM Convention meals and the STAM Golf Tournament will be paid separately and will be described in STAM Trade Show Confirmation that we will send to you after your payment and online registration is received.
